Special Requests for Filming

Access to Island Triathlon Series™ events for filming including for documentary/commercial purposes will be limited. Any documentary/commercial plans should be made at least 6-8 months in advance of shooting date.  lease forward all requests to our Media Publicist. Please note that no complimentary entries will be given for documentary/commercial purposes.

Island Triathlon Series™ controls all television rights to Island Triathlon Series™ events and will charge a rights’ fee to any documentary/commercial filmmaker as deemed applicable.

Using footage for non-news related purposes is prohibited without prior consent from Island Triathlon Series™.

Island Triathlon Series™ reserves the right to deny any request, at any time for documentary/commercial rights at any event.

Improper usage of photography or video will result in a ban on media accreditation at future Island Triathlon Series™ events and may lead to legal action.  If you have any usage questions, please contact us beforehand.
