Welcome to the registration process for the Island Triathlon Series™ in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos.

The triathlon takes place on Sunday, March 29, 2009 and registration costs are as follows:

• Island Eighty™: $325 USD
• Island Forty™: $225 USD
• Tri4Dignity Island Eighty™: $300 USD
• Tri4Dignity Island Forty™: $200 USD
• Island Eighty™ Relay: $225/person USD ($675/team of 3)
• Island Forty™ Relay: $225/person USD ($675/team of 3)

There is a Post-Race Party ($75USD) as well if you wish to attend.

Athletes who withdraw by Friday, January 2, 2009 will be refunded $75USD (Island Eighty™/Tri4Dignity) and $40USD (Island Forty™).  There will be NO REFUNDS of any sort, for any reason, after the withdrawal date.  Please notify the Island Triathlon Series™ office by using the withdrawal form.  Refunds for all participants will be by cheque through Island Triathlon Series™ office. Entries are not transferable between years or races. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing of your refund.

Transference of Registration

A registered participant may transfer his/her registration to another participant as long as the following conditions are met – no exceptions will be made:

• the original registered participant contacts the race director by either phone/fax or email and indicates their decision to transfer their registration;
• the original participant as well as the replacement participant completes and signs the “registration transfer” form;
• the replacement participant completes all required race documentation including but not limited to the registration form, the participant waiver, etc.;
• the above are completed on or before 17:00h EST on Friday, January 30, 2009.
