RUN Course Conditions:

  • The Run Course is very flat – there are no major hills, inclines or declines.
  • The first 6.5 miles are mostly Eastern facing and the return 6.5 miles are mostly Western facing.
  • The road conditions are quite good, minimal potholes, debris, etc.
  • The entire Run Course is paved.
  • There are no street signal lights on the Run Course – there are several “roundabouts” which are a similar traffic management system to that of the U.K.
  • Athletes must always keep to the left (on road and through roundabouts).
  • There are very few intersecting roadways and driveways along the Run Course, all of which will be managed by a Route Marshal or local traffic management enforcement, i.e., police, etc.
  • There will be an aid station at approximately every mile marker.
